A Graduation Ceremony for 1 MIF Fellow from Kazakhstan was held on the 29^th of December at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. After the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell and an end-of-the-year dinner at “Shiosai”, a traditional Japanese restaurant ,where three more MIF Fellows from Chile, Nigeria and Algeria currently residing in Tokyo and its vicinity joined and the Fellows promised to enhance the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF.
