H.E. Dr. Ahmed M. R. NAILI, Charge d’affairs a.i. of Libya to Japan, visited MIF and had a very constructive meeting with Prof. Toshiaki HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson. As MIF has never invited a fellow from Libya yet, Prof. HASHIMOTO emphasized that MIF looks forward to receiving the application documents from Libya for our fellowship program next academic year.
