A Graduation Ceremony for Dr. Luis Alejandro BUILES JARAMILLO who is from Colombia completed his research study at the University of Tokyo was held on the 28^th of November at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. Then, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell luncheon where the enhancement of the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF was confirmed.
