A Graduation Ceremony for Dr. Milica BALABAN who is from Bosnia and Herzegovina completed her research study at the University of Tokyo was held on the 20^th of December at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and a memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. Then, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell luncheon where the enhancement of the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF was confirmed.
