A Graduation Ceremony for Dr. Latha SUBBIAH who is from India completed her research study at Yokohama National University was held on the 29^th of July at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell luncheon and afterwards Dr. SUBBIAH had a chance to visit the Bosei Gakujuku.  At the luncheon table, it was confirmed to enhance the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF.
