A Graduation Ceremony for Dr. Yelizabeta CHERNISH who is from Ukraine completed her research study at Chubu University was held on the 28^th of October at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and a memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell luncheon where the enhancement of the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF was confirmed.
