A Graduation Ceremony for Dr. Chika Peter Ejikeugwu from the Federal Republic of Nigeria who completed his research study at Kyoto University was held on the 15^th of October at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and a memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. After the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell luncheon and Dr. Ejikeugwu promised to enhance the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF.
