A Graduation Ceremony for Dr. Ahmed Abdel Gawad Madbouly ELKADY from the Arab Republic of Egypt who completed his research study at Ehime University was held on the 7^th of September at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificate of Accomplishment and a memorial medal to the graduating Fellow. After the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell dinner at a traditional Japanese restaurant nearby, and Dr. ELKADY promised to enhance the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF.
