Graduation Ceremonies for 3 MIF Fellows from Chile, Cambodia and Nigeria were held both on the 27^th and 28^th of February at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremonies, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificates of Accomplishment and memorial medals to the respective Fellows. After the ceremonies, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted farewell receptions where the Fellows promised to develop the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF.
