A Graduation Ceremony for 4 MIF Fellows from Cameroun, Thailand, Russia and Lesotho was held on the 29^th of November at MIF’s reception house in Tokyo.  At the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO, MIF’s Chairperson, directly presented the Certificates of Accomplishment and memorial medals to the respective Fellows. After the ceremony, Prof. HASHIMOTO hosted a farewell reception where the Fellows promised to develop the relationships among the Fellows and with MIF.
